Easy Returns

Our Super Easy Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your microfiber products, and we're very confident that you will be. However, if for any reason you're not satisfied, or even if you made a mistake with your order, we want to make the return or exchange process for your unused microfiber products as simple as possible. Returns under $200 are free of restocking fees, free shipping, and unlimited refunds. After your order ships, you have 60 days to request a cash refund, after which your refund will be issued as a store credit. Customized products (including printed or personalized microfiber products) are not returnable.

Prepaid Shipping

Nothing is more frustrating than having to pay for return shipping. That's why we offer free return shipping to customers within the contiguous 48 states if you're not 100% satisfied with your product. We do not refund shipping costs for expedited deliveries like Next Day, Two-Day, or International Express.

Please note: We offer free returns to our customers. For customers who frequently return and/or abuse this program, we may, at our discretion, cover return shipping and restocking fees.

Unlimited Refunds

Just as frustrating as paying for shipping on unwanted merchandise is realizing you missed the return deadline by a few days. Therefore, we offer unlimited returns for unused microfiber products. You may return any unused product at any time, in its original packaging, in the entire package. If returned within 60 days of order shipment, we will refund the full purchase price. If returned after 60 days, we will provide a full store credit in the form of a one-time coupon code. Returns of used products or less than a full package will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Returns valued at $200 or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping.

Processing Returns
