Shipping Policy
Shipping:
All orders over $50 receive free ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $4.99.
Please note that custom printed towels are not subject to the minimum order amount and the minimum order quantity is 100.
This free shipping offer does not apply to dealer pricing; dealers are responsible for their own shipping costs.
If you receive special or negotiated pricing, free shipping is only available if the order total is over $50. Special pricing orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $4.99.
We will select the most economical shipping method, including FedEx Ground, UPS, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail. Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be generated with tracking information for UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail.
We offer expedited shipping (Next Day and Two-Day Delivery). Estimated shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping charges are estimates and may differ from the actual price displayed. We will contact you by email if any changes occur, and no additional charges will be made without your consent.
Dealer prices do not include shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to the order total at checkout. If shipping is not added at checkout, we reserve the right to charge separately. If you prefer to use your own UPS or FedEx shipping account or choose a freight collect shipping method, please call us and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Most orders ship the same or the next business day. If you have a specific timeframe for your order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. Custom printed towels and other custom items may require a longer delivery time.
For home delivery, please be present at the store to receive the order in person or pick it up at your local UPS or FedEx store. If no one is home during the day, we recommend that you have your order delivered to your office, if possible.
Real-time UPS and USPS rates apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders. We do not charge a handling fee on any orders. Please note that for international orders, we only charge for shipping; any taxes imposed by the destination country are your responsibility. Estimated shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. These costs are estimates and may vary. We will contact you by email if any changes occur, and no additional charges will be applied without your consent.
Backorders:
We maintain a large inventory in our Southern California warehouse, but sometimes backorders are unavoidable. Because almost all items offered by Hwegjxlp are imported, it can sometimes take 8-12 weeks to replenish backorders. If we do not have sufficient inventory to ship within 4 business days of placing an order, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. These options may include: exchanging an item of equal or higher quality; shipping an item in existing stock and restocking the remaining item; shipping an item in existing stock and canceling the remaining item; or canceling the order altogether. The choice is yours.
Packaging:
All items sold on hwegjxlp.shop are loose-packed unless otherwise noted. Items are not packaged for retail use. We typically consolidate boxes to minimize shipping costs and waste. Some items may be shipped disassembled for easier shipping, but reassembly is quick, easy, and straightforward.
Inspect Your Shipment:
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receiving your order for damage, missing items, or incorrect item information. Any discrepancies and/or damage must be reported within 15 days of receipt to receive a replacement.
